RINA is looking for a **Technical Manager** to join our Carbon Reduction Excellence BU.

**Main Tasks**:

- Responsible for the technical contents of Article, papers and Events related to Decarb solutions

- Consistently building and delivering researches on solutions and technologies providing business related information

- Support the technical development, innovation and delivery of strategic company initiatives

- Engage with current and potential customers to discuss and understand their needs and requirements from a technical point of view representing all RINA expertise

- Explore opportunities for alliances and partnerships to develop a strong technical network

- Cooperate with BD functions in RINA and all the BUs and support providing technical insights, suggestion, recommendation, and general information on decarb solutions

- Support the Carbon Reduction Unit and Agile Team in the execution of technical reviews of enquiries or contracts, before submission of an offer, tender or quotation

**Requirements**:

- Degree qualified (or equivalent) in Engineering (preferred) or related discipline

- Knowledge of Energy transition topics with a focus on Hydrogen and CO2 (capture, storage and usage) on the entire value chain (production, transport, end use)

- Communicate effectively and influence small groups of people

- Experience and knowledge of relevant area of competence

- Strong business attitude, getting things done

- Taking ownership of work

- Ability to work effectively as a member of a team and establish and maintain cooperative working relationship with distributed international teams

- A recognized attitude for strategic development
