Job Responsibilities: Drive business development activities by defining new products and roadmap, promoting and supporting the design-in process at customers to maximize sales and market share in the assigned perimeter. Cooperate closely with the ST Regional organizations [Marketing/Sales] and other Divisional organizations as needed. Travel to visit customers and support other activities abroad as required. Utilize market knowledge and technical skills to identify new opportunities in collaboration with divisional/regional teams, proposing appropriate technical solutions for addressing customer needs. Facilitate technical presentations and training on the entire product portfolio to customers and/or regional marketing/sales counterparts. Contribute to assessing ST product positioning, defining key areas to focus on, and providing technical support as necessary. Cooperate with the Business Management team to release the 3/5Y plans. Contribute to defining the most appropriate marketing strategy, including new product introductions, customer focus, new product needs, product roadmap, collaterals, competition analysis, and new IPs needed.
