Our vision is a Software as a Service to help digitalize the healthcare industry fast. We developed AlfaDocs, the first 100% all-in-one cloud platform for Patient Relationship &  Practice Management.

Every Alfa begins their journey with a fixed-term contract of 1 year (CCNL Commercio, III Level), with the aim of renewing to an indefinite term and continuing a long path of growth within our organization.

Location: Milan, Via Eritrea n. 21 20157 (Palazzo Tecniche Nuove)

Full Time: Monday - Friday | 09:00 - 18:00 | 1-hour lunch break | Flexible Smartworking Options

Hybrid Mode: 60% office, 40% home office - 3 days in the office, 2 days remote

Trial Period: 60 working days (3 months) 

In your role, you will be responsible for:

Strategic Product Leadership

Driving Product Vision: Collaborate with Fabian, our CPO and Founder, to refine and execute the product vision, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term goals.

Product Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy that positions AlfaDocs as the leading platform in healthcare digitalization.

Market Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscape to maintain AlfaDocs' innovative edge.

Product Discovery and Development

Customer Insights: Lead efforts to gather and analyze customer feedback, transforming insights into actionable product improvements.

Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, guiding product development priorities.

Roadmap Ownership: Define, prioritize, and communicate the product roadmap, balancing immediate needs with future vision.

Collaboration and Oversight

Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with the Head of Tech and engineering team to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with the product vision.

Development Oversight: Oversee the development process, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of features and iterations.

User Experience Excellence: Advocate for and ensure an exceptional user experience that meets or exceeds customer expectations.

Leadership and Mentorship

Team Development: Mentor and professionally advance junior product managers, fostering a culture of growth and innovation.

Stakeholder Management: Manage and develop the deployment of product knowledge across all stakeholders, both internal and external, ensuring clarity and alignment.

Transition Responsibilities

Task Transition: Gradually take over key responsibilities from Fabian, ensuring a seamless transition and continued strategic oversight.

Continuity and Improvement: Ensure continuous improvement and iteration of the product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond.
