**Your responsibilities and tasks**:

- actively manage and support the Area Sales Managers in order to prepare the right technical and economical solutions

- supports the definition of best technical solution as a compromise of technical and cost

- swift and flexible understanding of market requirements to evolve the sales process and adapt to the diversified needs

- understand the market dynamics and customer segmentation

**Your profile and qualifications**:

- min 2-4 years of experience in similar functions, mainly in relevant industry field (food / bakery sector preferred)

- problem solving management skills as well as open-mindedness

- ability to handle complex technical situations and challenges

- strong customer orientation and deep business sense with developed focus on customer needs and fulfilment of customer expectations

- essential to have good knowledge of English; another language would be considered a plus

- understanding of the overall BU needs and targets

- maintaining effective performance, not only under normal conditions, but also under high work-load pressure

- is always open for new things and builds on proven success strategies

- is able to simplify complex issues, to focus on the essentials and assess situations from the next higher perspective

- values creativity and innovation and consistently develops her/his own potential
