About the role
Project Management Officer (PMO) is a key role in Boldyn Networks Italia with responsibilities for the administration and management of several programs of work across the Italian business. The role will be responsible for the process of construction of DAS systems, guaranteeing quality standards and compliance with the deadlines for achieving the objectives.
What you'll be doing
Reporting to the Head of Operation, Italy you will be facilitating the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders across the Boldyn Italy team and external partners. This will include coordination of resources including internal staff and external parties and evaluating the performances of suppliers and third parties.
You will also project financial management including statements of work, purchase orders, invoices, timesheets and forecasts working closely with the finance team(s). Day to day you will focus on risk, issue and change management - business and project scope related and critically ensure successful delivery of project outcomes within timeframe and budget constraints.
This is an operational and hands on position where you will ensure appropriate project documentation, governance and reporting as well as keeping information assets and information processing assets secure.

What you'll bring

- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Program and/or Project Manager delivering Technology focused projects- Formal qualification in agile and traditional project management methodologies- Proven ability to conduct in-depth analysis of business needs- Knowledge of business analysis techniques (e. g. workflow diagrams, UML, use cases, gap analysis)- Financial/budget management experience- Relationship development skills with customers, suppliers, and collaborators- Able to communicate in Italian and English- Experience within Telecommunications is highly advantageous
