You ensure each project is delivered according to those standards, in an agile fashion, educating the organization and increasing its organizational maturity in project management practices to meet tiko's business challenges. You contribute to tiko's growth plans requiring to scale up quickly, maturing in the reliability of our project delivery without losing our agility or our highly collaborative culture. Hands-on, you collaborate with product managers and business owners on many short projects, including scoping, planning, monitoring, and reporting. You oversee the overall portfolio of projects and organize product increment meetings to align different stakeholders on priorities. You take care of the whole project life-cycle, starting from requirements, paying attention to the details of implementation and defining and collecting metrics. Your profile: Experienced (5 years) Project Manager with particular expertise and proven success track record in delivering a portfolio of complex software and hardware solutions First-hand successful experience managing complex projects with Jira Demonstrable experience of best practice in project management Organized, structured, and rigorous, displaying strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and systematic problem-solving skills Significant experience of working in and influencing both structured and fast growth agile and dynamic organizations Experience of and preference for working on several inter-disciplinary topics and finding new solutions to address challenging requirements Self-reliant team player, who works well in distributed organizations Data driven and persuasive, an effective communicator at all levels Eagerness to document your work and good at sharing essential information Certification in agile project management best practice is an advantage Experience in the energy sector is a plus English fluency is mandatory Valid working permit in Switzerland or EU nationality We offer a permanent employment contract at executive level, with a base salary and an annual target bonus of 10% of the RAL based on business and personal results.
