Role Purpose**:

Definition and management of E2E processes related to Third Parties

**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:

- Manage Third Parties, to ensure SLA compliance, evaluate priorities and roadmaps according to budget and KPIs constraints

- Evaluate and identify VBTS needs and potential issues, lead investigation, collaboration, analysis and conclusions in cross-functional team

- Daily interact with internal and external stakeholders

**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:

- Experience on Business/Enterprise fixed connectivity-based products and solutions

- Strong experience on Third Parties onboarding, management and coordination

- Strong intellect, strong project management and outstanding interpersonal skills, able to zoom into detailed and complex processes, while keeping helicopter and strategic view, with the maturity to persuade

- Well organized and able to prioritize in regards to multiple requests to be processed

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:

- Knowledge of Fixed Network processes/services

- Third Parties onboarding and management

- Project development for process improving

- Good written and spoken English

- Good knowledge of Office 365 (Outlook/Excel/PowerPoint)

- Engineering degree or equivalent

**Key performance indicators**:

- Compliance with SLA on Third Parties onboarding

- Compliance with SLA on Third Parties activities
