Role Profile An experienced trading systems product manager to join the capital markets technical product team in London.

The capital markets technical product team are responsible for products/solutions supporting the equity markets in London: LSE & Turquoise.

Main Responsibilities Work with the business stakeholders to shape the product roadmap for Turquoise CFDTM.

Drive the design and delivery of the technical solutions.

(working with Vendors and onshore/offshore technology teams).

Document and understand end to end business flows required to support the technology platform.

Use quantitative data and qualitative user-insights to decide what products, features and improvements should be built in the technology platform.

Work with Quality Assurance team to prepare test execution suite.

Work with stakeholders to assess impact of all issues raised in testing cycles.

Conduct internal user training and co-ordinate any interactions with end clients.

Operational 3rd/2nd line Support of production issues with technology systems

Person Skills Adequate years of experience working as an experienced solutions manager/architect in the areas of capital markets.

Experience with derivative trading products such as contract for difference (CFD)s, Swaps etc.

Superb ability to execute operationally in a fast-paced team environment with results driven approach.

Broad range of experience implementing cloud solutions on AWS, Azure etc Experience in driving the product roadmap with focus on rapid iteration, supporting the business strategy.

Ability to communicate to internal stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure transparency around development progress.

IT SDLC knowledge/experience ( Agile, Waterfall).

Experience designing and implementing CI/CD solutions.

Excellent written and communication skills Experience of writing test strategies, plans, scripts, and cases
