We are looking for a superhero, a brilliant and passionate talent as a digital Product Owner, with the aim of supporting our product's fast growth in all countries we operate.

Your Mission Take on the role of Technical Product Owner of the Connect & Machinery tribe, while reporting directly to a Product Manager.

This role is suited for mid-level seniority candidates.

Take ownership, manage, and upgrade the maintenance and the development of 100+ integrations with different types of data providers, services and business partners.

Lead and/or support the creation of new features and services, assuring their adoption and quality while working in an Agile framework.

Structure the development requirements and ensure they are fully understood by the tech tribe, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams in analyzing, ideating, and designing new functionalities.

Manage the development cycle by owning the tribe's backlog and carrying daily stand-ups, grooming, sprint planning, retrospective sessions along with the tribe's Tech Lead.

Tech-related skillset API Intense environment: Able to design sequence diagram flow, flow charts, data-modeling.

Tech docs writing: Ability to convert documentation into actionable development items, with care to expose dependencies, relationships and priorities, scheduling the activities in waves.

Acceptance criteria definition and validation: Implement a testing flow, follow the development and the rollout across multiple environments till production.

Deep understanding of the modern IT architectures and paradigms: Master the correlation between the requirement and the final architectural implementation, leverage the current architecture, plan for scalability and continuous upgrades Attitude and mindset Analytic and pragmatic mindset: Able to breakdown complex projects and requirements, proposing a linear development plan in well defined milestones, by understanding the actual impact of every item.

Positive and engaging attitude: Exploit the passion that runs in the team, be able to catch and enable the ideas from the engineering side and turn them into value for the users and the company.

Curios and passionate: Driven by the passion for the Agri-tech/Integrations domain and the curiosity to continuously design, scale and upgrade the platform.

The tribe is a complete development team: BE + WEB + APP developers.

The ideal candidate A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital product.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, to effectively lead the development and product management cycle.

Use of Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence), productivity (Notion), and wireframing (Figma, Balsamiq).

Willing to join an Ag-Tech environment and learn about agriculture.

Tech and digital knowledge, know how in delivering product features in alignment with the product strategy.

Ability to exhibit and manage meetings with interested parties, with confident presentation and storytelling skills.

Inclined to problem-solving, independence, and ability to self-organize the working day with effective management of time and priorities.

Good knowledge of the English language (B2-C1) Represents a plus the knowledge of other languages, especially Spanish, German or French.
