**Posizione**:

Now we are looking for a Product Support Specialist for the Tech Air, who will work with international, regional teams and Dealers, reporting directly to the Moto Product Support Manager - Sales Development.

**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES

- Product training to the Dealer;

- Consult with Product Development department to advance the resolution of the issue in a timely manner.

- Travel to customer sites for sales support or on-site troubleshooting.

**Requisiti**:

**QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

- Engineering master's degree;

- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience;

- Demonstrated ability to work in a cross functional and international environment, to lead by influence and earn trust at all levels;

- Strong interpersonal skills, flexible and able to establish trust and reach alignment quickly;

- Able to work both independently and within a team.

- Hands-on experience in Road/Off-road motorcycle racing.

- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.

- Strong analytical skills to advanced product knowledge and good problem solving;

- Proficient in French (C1/C2 level);

- Fluency in English (C1/C2level);

- 3 years of professional experience in the Motorsports industry.

- Proven ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders at all levels of responsibility (dealer shop owners, etc.

).

- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
