with the ambition to expand our capacity to meet the needs of millions of patients.
You will be part of a global team that will develop the pharma facilities of the future and work with advanced technology to rethink our fill & finish facilities.
ResponsibilitiesSupport and drive Lean, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives across different departments and analyze existing processes and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve operational workflows and facilitate Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to address inefficiencies. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders. Train and mentor teams on Lean and OPEX principles to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sustainable process enhancements. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or Process Optimization. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt preferred), and problem-solving methodologies. Experience with data analysis and process mapping tools (e. g. , Power BI, Minitab, Visio). Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to lead workshops and drive change in a dynamic environment. Nice to have:Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or service operations. Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher). Familiarity with automation and digital transformation initiatives.
