We are hiring for an important client in automotive sector a

**PROGRAM MANAGER.

The Technical Program Manager will work cohesively with the Digital M&HT Projects Manager to collate and maintain the requirements for the telematics and connectivity area of the business.

- Enhancements to existing products or strategic product extensions and translates research discoveries into usable and marketable products.

- Leads, plans and tracks all phases of the product life cycle, from inception through introduction into the marketplace.

- Appraises new product ideas to determine their potential to address customer needs and to achieve goals in revenue growth and market share.

- Establishes product specifications and coordinates with various functions such as ICT, Quality, Product Validation, Product Support, Technical Publications, Engineering, Manufacturing, Marketing and Sales, to ensure successful product development, implementation and maintenance.

- Identifies, researches and resolves cross-functional team performance issues to ensure timely attainment of program objectives.

- Assists in preparing project documentation, monthly reports and leads preparation of data for program milestone reviews.

- Provides technical / managerial leadership to explore and champion new product development programs, cost reduction target achievement and product improvement programs.

- Interface project stakeholders and work with various groups involved in the management of the programs to ensure consistency between requirements and development activities.

- Support planning activities, budget-forecasts process and the overall monitoring of economics and costs.

- Validate the technical solutions proposed by Engineering.

- Support the quality monitoring and propose improvements for current products and new projects, working with Quality group.

- Support the Digital M&HT Projects Manager in ensuring appropriate attendance in all the required meetings and following up the action items.

- A master degree in a relevant discipline such as Computer, Electronics or Telecommunication engineering, Computer science.

- Technical experience with Telematics, electronics design and/or integration in automotive area, web and networking architectures, remote monitoring and analytics practices of at least 4 years.

- Experience working in a product development team for complex electronics systems design of at least 4 years.

- Team leading or project management experience in the product development area for at least 2 years.

- Available for travelling, ability to drive a motor vehicle and travel by plane, driving license availability.

- General knowledge about vehicle usage & vehicle sub-systems

- Knowledge about regulatory requirements

- SW & HW requirements definition

- Knowledge about Agile Development (e. g.

Scrum, Kanban)

- Knowledge about ECU diagnostic standards and protocols

- Knowledge about state-of-the-art connectivity technologies

- Benchmarking of connectivity & telematics technologies

- Identification of market and technology trends

- Base knowledge about Cyber Security standards

- Base data analytics skills

- English language: advanced level
