**Posizione**:

Activities

- Lead cross-functional teams in the development of the entire system, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, project timelines, and quality standards.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, gathering and understanding their requirements, and translating them into actionable project plans and deliverables.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including engineers, designers, and product managers, to define project scope, objectives, and technical specifications.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Oversee the design, development, and testing of power electronics systems, including inverters, converters, and control circuits.

- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies to address technical challenges, ensuring project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.

- Communicate project progress, status updates, and key milestones to stakeholders, including senior management and customers, through regular meetings and reports.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, industry best practices, and quality assurance protocols throughout the product development lifecycle.

**Requisiti**:

- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

- Proven experience in project management and technical leadership roles, preferably in the development of consumer electronics products.

- Background in electronics systems design, including familiarity with inverters, converters, and magnetic components.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interface with customers, internal teams, and external partners.

- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum, to drive project execution and deliver results.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of identifying opportunities for innovation and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

- Experience with regulatory compliance and certification processes for electronic products is advantageous.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

- Leadership qualities, including team-building, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities.
