YOUR TEAM You will be working in a multi-disciplinary group, where people with different backgrounds collaborate, each with their own expertise, to carry out the research. Main Responsibilities: Provide support in the management and coordination of the various work orders and ordinary and extraordinary maintenance in progress in the Institute; Provide support for planning the design; Draw up and manage time schedules; Manage interference and provide resolution support; Provide support in the drafting of technical tender specifications and bills of quantities; Provide support in verifying the consistency of the project, in the preparation of technical administrative documents, in the management of the authorization process of the interventions and in the preparation and formalization of the tender documentation and of the documentation for stipulating the contract (tender announcement and disciplinary); Check the documentation prepared by the professionals appointed by the Institute (designers, DL, CSP, CSE, etc. ), also as a support to the project validation process; Control and monitor costs, also with a view to respecting and optimizing budgets. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS Degree or Diploma with a technical focus; Knowledge of the management of building practices; Knowledge of the Procurement Code Legislative Decree 36/23 and of the TU 81/08; Excellent knowledge of applications for drafting graphic projects (Autocad) and bills of quantities; Experience in the field, with particular reference to the research centers'one; Good knowledge of Project Management software - MS Project; Good knowledge of the English language; Knowledge of the main Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel; Accuracy and good ability to analyze and search for information. ADDITIONAL SKILLS Knowledge and practice of BIM; Experience in support activities to the Sole Project Manager (RUP) and/or project management of works and maintenance contracts; In-depth knowledge of the regulations and legislation in force in the field of public procurement with particular reference to Legislative Decree no. 36/2023, to the ANAC Guideline no. 3 "Appointment, roles and duties of the Sole Manager of the Procedure for the award of contracts and concessions" and of construction site activities, in particular in the context of public contracts; Excellent communication skills; Strong orientation to problem solving; Strong motivation to learn and improve; Excellent time management and ability to prioritize assigned activities; Ability to work in a challenging and international environment; Ability to work both individually and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary and intercultural environment.
