Technical Property Manager - Real Estate Investor/Developer - Milano Role Overview We are currently mandated to recruit a Technical Property Manager by a well-respected and highly regarded real estate investor/developer as they continue on their remarkable growth journey.

This role will report to the Director of Technical Property Management and have a very close working relationship with the Asset Management team to deliver existing capex projects but also to work on the new development pipeline.

Main Responsibilities: Construction Support GC tender process Monitor worksite and supplier performance Leading relationships with the stakeholders involved during the construction Development – Refurbishment Activities Preliminary planning investigations Hard and soft costs budget definition Feasibility and design studies Refurbishment and ground-up development permitting processes oversight Design Design Consultant coordination and monitoring Review of definitive design and building specifications Contribute to improving the corporate building design guidelines Land and Asset Acquisition / Disposals Due Diligence support and monitoring Due Diligence report supervision and control Italian Asset Management team cooperation: Monitoring of budgets and cash flows relating to individual projects and the Italian portfolio Sourcing, structuring and managing of external service provider contracts Annual capex budgeting and quarterly forecasts Management of the technical documentation archive Property inspections for the purpose of technical verifications and document auditing Management of asset and tenant issues Support and coordinate handover and dilapidation inspections Other Coordinate technical aspects for marketing material (layouts, specs, rendering reviews, etc. )

Support ESG initiatives Support implementation of the asset capex program Monitoring of Italian and European sustainability and energy directives Skills, Knowledge and Experience Technical degree 5 years of work experience in the commercial real estate industry Proactive interest towards the management and development of logistics real estate Good CAD capabilities possibly with 3D graphic software design and graphic experience Robust communication skills with an ability to interact with both internal and external teams Strong work ethic with drive a to thrive in a demanding and stimulating work environment English language skills, additional European language is a plus Business computer skills Regretfully only successful applicants will be notified
