Do you think you can contribute to the cause

We are looking for a Project Manager for our Manufacturing area who can:

- Manage key internal client relationships with project stakeholders

- Drive project requirements, priorities and deadlines, not just record and manage them

- Lead highly skilled cross-functional teams (engineers, Operations, business stakeholders) across one or more projects

- Develop andmanage budgets for assigned projects, monitor progress and adjust resources and priorities accordingly

- Prepare and present progress reports for management up to the Executive level

- Interact with decision makers by managing expectations and providing master project planning to ensure all deliverables are met cost effectively and according to project timelines

- Solve problems, prioritise deliverables and manage project scope

- Problem Management and Escalation.

- Provide expert problem management support to difficult, high profile client issues and ensures root-cause analysis is conducted and a corrective action plan is followed through with any learning applied for future benefit.

- Estimate relevant problem scope and impact and facilitates appropriate escalation

Your responsibilities will include:

- lead project teams that solve people, process and technology problems by gathering and analyzing requirements; understanding existing capabilities; designing functional solutions.

- manage the development of new Pixartprinting capabilities that have a software development component.

- work closely with our Marketing, Finance and/or Manufacturing teams to drive requirements and results for multiple Technology projects.

RequisitiRequirements:

- Minimum 5 years of project management experience delivering large, complex, cross-functional projects ideally in a software or software integrated manufacturing environment.

- Expertise in leading and managing engineering teams across software, hardware and process disciplines in a global environment

- Very comfortable with Agile software development methodology

- Willingness to resolve repetitive problems while figuring out systematic handling and prevention.

- Proven ability to run cross-functional software development projects and deliver business results through the full project cycle

- Highly developed problem solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
