We're passionate about open source and creating cutting-edge technology products with an ethic of openness and trust. As a Technical Project Manager (PM) at Exein, you will play a critical role in driving the successful delivery of complex cybersecurity projects.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers and security experts to ensure the timely, efficient, and high-quality execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:Project Planning & Execution: Lead and manage the full lifecycle of technical projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders, communicating progress, risks, and project outcomes effectively. Technical Leadership: Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define technical requirements, project milestones, and deliverables.

Ensure technical excellence and adherence to cybersecurity best practices. Risk Management: Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies early, and take proactive steps to mitigate them.

Continuously monitor and assess risks throughout the project lifecycle. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, timelines, and risk assessments.

Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders on project progress. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience managing technical projects in cybersecurity.

Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (e. g. , Jira, Trello, Asana). Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and working with senior leadership. In-depth understanding of cybersecurity principles, including network security, application security, encryption, threat intelligence, and risk management. Experience working with embedded systems, IoT, or critical infrastructure security is a plus.
