Technical Project Manager

In the context of project management activities carried out at the Client's site, we are looking for a Project Manager who can interface with stakeholders to take on assigned projects, while adhering to the agreed-upon work methods and objectives.

**Basic required skills**:

- **Passion**:We are seeking someone with a problem-solving mindset, passionate about their work, and curious about all technological and innovative aspects.

- **Precision**:Ability to analyze and break down the problem, as well as clear documentation writing and presentation material creation skills, are fundamental requirements.

- **Leadership and motivation**:Strong team management and leadership skills, delegation ability, keen cost analysis skills, predisposition to project design and implementation, and the ability to work while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

- **Teamwork**: We are looking for individuals with a strong inclination for collaborative work and the ability to work constructively together.

- **Supervision, control, and accountability**:The Project Manager we are looking for must have the ability to monitor the progress of a project in relation to deadlines, working to achieve the set objective, measuring against excellence standards.

They will oversee and be responsible for project timelines, scope, and quality.

- **Communication skills**: Ability to communicate one's thoughts clearly and effectively.

A predisposition for interpersonal relationships and an understanding of people's moods, while listening to others' opinions.

- **Flexibility**:We are seeking individuals who have the ability to adapt to working with different people and groups, and who work to find the best solution in every context based on the Client's needs.

- **Knowledge of the English language**:Good knowledge of both written and spoken English.

**What you will do**:

- The purpose and objective of a Technical Project Manager is to oversee all phases of assigned projects, coordinating the resources involved at the Client's site in their execution and organizing their activities.

- They have direct responsibility for drafting the project plan, the compliance and management of which falls directly within their duties; they are able to monitor its execution and adapt its design to ensure the defined quality and profitability objectives are met.

- They will be responsible for managing the relationship between the Client and other stakeholders, handling their requests and needs in accordance with agreed-upon time, cost, and planned objectives.
