Technical Property Manager - Real Estate Investor/Developer - MilanoRole OverviewWe are currently mandated to recruit a Technical Property Manager by a well-respected and highly regarded real estate investor/developer as they continue on their remarkable growth journey.

This role will report to the Director of Technical Property Management and have a very close working relationship with the Asset Management team to deliver existing capex projects but also to work on the new development pipeline.

Main Responsibilities:ConstructionSupport GC tender processMonitor worksite and supplier performanceLeading relationships with the stakeholders involved during the constructionDevelopment – Refurbishment ActivitiesPreliminary planning investigationsHard and soft costs budget definitionFeasibility and design studiesRefurbishment and ground-up development permitting processes oversightDesignDesign Consultant coordination and monitoringReview of definitive design and building specificationsContribute to improving the corporate building design guidelinesLand and Asset Acquisition / DisposalsDue Diligence support and monitoringDue Diligence report supervision and controlItalian Asset Management team cooperation:Monitoring of budgets and cash flows relating to individual projects and the Italian portfolioSourcing, structuring and managing of external service provider contractsAnnual capex budgeting and quarterly forecastsManagement of the technical documentation archiveProperty inspections for the purpose of technical verifications and document auditingManagement of asset and tenant issuesSupport and coordinate handover and dilapidation inspectionsOtherCoordinate technical aspects for marketing material (layouts, specs, rendering reviews, etc.

)Support ESG initiativesSupport implementation of the asset capex programMonitoring of Italian and European sustainability and energy directivesSkills, Knowledge and ExperienceTechnical degree5 years of work experience in the commercial real estate industryProactive interest towards the management and development of logistics real estateGood CAD capabilities possibly with 3D graphic software design and graphic experienceRobust communication skills with an ability to interact with both internal and external teamsStrong work ethic with drive a to thrive in a demanding and stimulating work environmentEnglish language skills, additional European language is a plusBusiness computer skillsRegretfully only successful applicants will be notified
