Technical Project Manager

**Role Purpose**:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead and drive the development of our DXL Platform. As a Technical Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining the product strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality technical solutions that align with our business objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Product Strategy and Roadmap**:
- Collaborate to development and maintaining of a comprehensive product roadmap for the DXL Platform
- Work on the product vision and ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
**Technical Leadership**:
- Provide technical leadership to the product development team, including software engineers, designers, and QA engineers.
- Collaborate with the development team to make informed technical decisions and ensure the product's technical excellence.
- Technical Problem Solving: Identify and solve technical challenges related to user authentication, data integration, and platform efficiencies.
**Requirement Gathering and Prioritization**:
- Gather and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and features based on customer needs and market insights.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of product requirements and expectations.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, customer support, and engineering, to drive product success.
- Foster effective communication and ensure everyone is aligned with the product goals.
**Quality Assurance**:
- Oversee the quality assurance process to ensure that the DXL Platform meets high-quality standards.
- Conduct testing and quality control checks as needed.
**Product Performance and Analytics**:
- Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Use analytics and metrics to make data-driven decisions and guide product enhancements.
**Documentation and Training**:
- Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides, technical documentation, and training materials.
- Provide training and support to internal teams and customers as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e. g. , Computer Science, Engineering).
- Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role in a technical environment.
- Strong technical background with a deep understanding of APIs, Identity Management, Distributed Systems/Microservice Architecture
- Ability to interact, communicate and build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Effective communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Humble, collaborative, team player, willing to step up and support colleagues.
- Knowledge of and experience in delivering software project using lean/agile methodologies
- Understanding of and experience in product discovery, optimization, and delivery techniques, as well as the development process
- Fluent English
