Technical Project Manager

Offerta The incumbent must be able to collect the project needs of the Management, analyze them, prioritize them to convey effectively to the structures of Demand. They will follow the various steps of the projects until their release, involving the entities concerned. They will supervise the existing processes, fill any gaps, and design new process models according to the needs of the Management, ensuring effective implementation through dedicated monitoring.
Gathering of project requirements: The incumbent must identify and understand the specific needs of projects, ensuring that all relevant information is gathered accurately and in a timely manner. They organize and participate in update meetings to align on the progress of projects. Analysis and prioritization: The incumbent evaluates and classifies project requirements according to their strategic importance, feasibility, and impact on the organization, defining operational priorities together with senior managers. Preparation of technical answers: The incumbent reads and analyzes tender documents to prepare the necessary technical documentation to respond timely and precisely to tenders, ensuring that specifications and deadlines are met. They organize kick-off meetings to present key aspects of the competition to involved colleagues and update them on any actions to be taken. Coordination with internal teams: The incumbent collaborates with various teams, including technical, quality, legal, commercial, and administrative, to gather all necessary information for the preparation of tenders and management of projects/tenders. Monitoring of tenders: They keep track of deadlines and requirements for current and new tenders, ensuring conformity and effectiveness of the responses sent through reference teams, as well as earmarking any improvement proposals offered during the tender and agreed in advance. Leading contract reviewsPlan and share critical info with the clientIdentify risks and manage the risk removal action planProject management support: The incumbent provides operational support in the day-to-day management of projects, ensuring that activities are carried out in line with defined priorities and that objectives are achieved on time. Be in charge of quality, cost, and planningMonitor or request bonds/payment terms/banks/freight forwardersNegotiate the documentary creditOrganize project reviews internally and with the clientDocumentation management: They will keep and update all project and tender documentation, ensuring that it is always available and accessible to all members of the management in charge. Competenze ed esperienza Qualification: Technical degreeSkills: Excellent analytical and organizational skills. Language: Fluent knowledge of the English language; knowledge of French will be considered an added value. Experience: More than 2-3 years of experience in similar roles of project management in manufacturing. Technical Skills: Excellent proficiency in the Office package and familiarity with Project Management tools. System Knowledge: Knowledge of the SAP management system.
