**Job Description Summary

In Cushman & Wakefield's Asset Services' technical department, the resource will be tasked with managing shopping centers located throughout the country.

**The activities that will be carried out are**:

- Creation and monitoring of the performance of the asset management budget;

- Preparation of contracts;

- Coordination of any professionals involved in specific technical-professional activities;

- Coordination with other departments of Cushman & Wakefield;

- Organisation and management of tenders;

- Monitoring of production on site;

- Periodic reporting for clients;

- Technical data room organization and management;

- Energy consumption monitoring and management platform implementation;

**Required skills and competences**:

- Degree in Architecture and/or Building Engineering

- Previous experience 2-3 years in Property, Facility and project management role

- Good knowledge of written and spoken English

- Available for domestic travel (Licence B)

- Excellent capacity of office package

- Good knowledge of the main software used in the technical field (e. g. Autocad) and Microsft Office package

- Flexibility, strong motivation and determination to achieve the objectives set;

- Propensity to teamwork

- Proactivity, resourcefulness and excellent interpersonal skills

- Strong aptitude for problem solving
