Then what : We are seeking a Technical QA Engineer with experience in designing and implementing automated tests focused on performance, capacity, and high availability of applications.
The primary mission will be to develop a robust testing strategy and ensure the reliability of our systems through technical non-functional testing (NFRs).
Key Responsibilities : - Define, implement, and monitor technical test plans for performance, capacity, and high availability.
- Analyze Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) and translate them into technical test objectives.
- Design, automate, and execute technical tests using tools such as Python, Jenkins, Ansible, and Grafana.
- Ensure the automation of test cases and continuous improvement of the test automation framework.
- Provide detailed reporting using KPIs to communicate test coverage, execution, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (architects, developers, system experts) to coordinate and resolve technical issues.
- Build and maintain a suite of technical non-regression tests to ensure system reliability over time.
- Work within Linux-based environments and utilize cloud platforms (AWS) for testing and deployment.
Requirements : Knowledge of Java programming language.
You have experience on system/network BACK END tests and want to specialize on that field.
Mandatory working with Linux.
Strong knowledge of technical testing methodologies including performance, capacity, and high-availability tests.
Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools (e. g. , Jenkins, Ansible, Python).
Experience working with Linux, AWS, and real-time systems.
Understanding of system architectures, networks, databases, and the ability to tune hardware and software parameters.
Familiarity with performance metrics like response times, CPU consumption, and network latency.
Experience with DevOps practices for automated deployment and testing.
Experience in writing and managing test plans and scenarios, ideally in XRAY.
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, and familiarity with C/C++ is a plus.
Working with Kafka is a plus.
Fluent in english and italian.
Available ASAP.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in technical testing, a deep understanding of application architectures, and excellent analytical and coordination skills.
They will be able to proactively identify system bottlenecks and collaborate with different teams to ensure that Service Level Agreements (SLAs), such as volume and response times, are consistently met.
