Technical Quality Support (6960)
We are looking for a junior **Technical Quality Support** to be insert in our Quality Engineering team in our HQ in Piombino Dese (PD), directly reporting to Quality Technical Support Coordinator.
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1) QUALITY INVESTIGATION PROCESS MANAGEMENT
- Provides the CTQS team and other functions involved with a standard quality level of response and a systematic approach to customer claim management, in accordance with the expected level of service and with the procedures and policies defined by the corporate Quality functions at global level.
- Executes investigations for assigned customer claims, working alongside with other relevant team involved, ensuring problem solving approach and giving inputs in the root cause analysis and for continuous improvement.
- Implements corrective and preventive actions and deals with internal functions, formalizing issue report and technical analysis able at addressing resolutions to be provided to the leader above.
2) QUALITY DOCUMENTATION PROCESS
- Deploys quality and technical global specifications for SG products and services in cooperation with internal stakeholders and supports the standardization, in accordance with the procedures and methodologies defined by the Leader above.
- Verifies the customer product specifications alignment, supporting CTQS team in closing gaps between SG capabilities and customer quality expectations and implementing efficient tools in handling SG and customer specifications in order to favor the compliance to regulations.
- Participates to carry out a proper document management, keeping up to date the repository for the relevant technical and quality documents and ensuring a systematic and standard approach, facilitating knowledge sharing.
3) MONITORING AND REPORTING
- Elaborates properly analytical reports able at constantly monitor trends and performances, identifying and clustering issues based on type, complexity and time to answer, targets, etc.
4) GUIDELINE AND PROCEDURES
- Builds appropriate guidelines and best practices to support and facilitate the communication pursuing a trustful partnership with internal stakeholders, in line with the applicable standards and policies.
5) PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Executes the assigned projects related to product and processes quality improvement, including development and implementation of any new or required inspection methods, elaborating report and technical documents related to process capability when required, providing the leader above with related documentation and working in strictly coordination with the others relevant function.
6) RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
- Interacts regularly and effectively communicates with the key internal leaders and team as well as relevant stakeholders aimed at building level of awareness on quality vision supporting them in facing quality issues.
**Qualifications
- Master's degree in scientific university
- +2 years of experience in pharmaceutical devices industries in Quality Assurance / Quality Control functions
- Full professional proficiency in English
- Knowledge of applicable regulatory, standards global manufacturing practices, such as local regulatory, cGMP requirements and ISO standards
- Knowledge of Technologies and Product and Production: process, features techniques
- Knowledge of Quality Management System: process, features techniques
- Knowledge of the main Quality tools as CAPA, Claim investigations, measurement method
- Knowledge of Suppliers: process, features techniques
- Analytical Approach, Problem Solving, Risk Based Thinking Approach, Decision Making and Communication skills
