Site Elemaster Headquarters Italy – Lomagna (LC) Department Quoting & Commodity Management Job Description The candidate will be part of the Quoting team, responsible for the sourcing and costing of materials for the preparation of commercial offers related to new business opportunities, as well as supporting the definition of procurement price lists for the Procurement team. Key responsibilities Collaborating with the technical department to analyze requests. Managing RFQs by interacting with local and global suppliers to gather data on costs and supply conditions (MOQ, payment terms, procurement lead times, delivery terms, and warranty conditions). Evaluating and optimizing offers to meet the required cost targets. Using the company ERP system to record and analyze offers. Requirements: Hard Skills Excellent command of the English language. Advanced proficiency in Excel and company management systems. Knowledge of mechanical technical drawings. Strong technical analysis and cost optimization skills. Soft Skills Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Curiosity and proactivity in finding innovative solutions. Adaptability to dynamic and new environments. Teamwork orientation and cross-functional collaboration. The role includes: Managing offers, with a focus on customized components.
