**Technical Recruiter**:
The growth and expansion of TXT Group's activities lead us to look for a Junior Technical Recruiter, who can be involved in the development of our projects in the aerospace sector in Germany.
**Main responsibilities**:
Support in the selection process of technical resources to be included in the business unit;
Administrative activities related to the onboarding of new entrants;
Administrative activities related to the management of selection processes (requesting and managing the necessary documentation, data entry, data transmission. . . );
Operational support to the Area Manager in the management of recruited resources;
Monitoring the development of the international business line's activities, ensuring alignment with the area's strategic corporate development objectives in terms of resources.
**Required skills**:
Good knowledge of the Office package, Internet Explorer and Outlook;
Good knowledge of English and German.
**Education**: Bachelor's or Master's degree in humanities or economics.
Proactivity, curiosity, good communication and interpersonal skills, an innovative approach to problem solving, and the ability to work under pressure complete the profile.
