We are seeking an experiencedTechnical Recruiterto join our client's teamonsite in the Galleria area. This role will focus on sourcing and hiringtop-tier technology professionalsacrossapplication development, machine learning, AI, infrastructure, networking, and more. What You'll Do:Partner with domestic and global hiring managers tounderstand technical hiring needsand define job requirements. Source, screen, andassess top technical talentin areas such asPython development, coding, AI, ML, networking, and infrastructure. Conductthorough technical screeningsto evaluate candidates' skill sets, experience, and cultural fit. Utilizecreative sourcing strategies(LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc. )

to engage passive candidates. Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring aseamless candidate experience. Build and maintain a strongpipeline of technical talentfor future hiring needs. What You Need to Succeed:4-7 years of technical recruiting experience, filling roles in software development, AI, machine learning, networking, and infrastructure. Deep understanding oftechnical concepts, programming languages, and industry trendsto properly evaluate candidates. Strong experience withtechnical sourcing, vetting, and talent acquisition strategies. Ability to thrive in afast-paced, high-volumerecruitment environment. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
