What can you expect? As a Technical Recruiter, your activities will involve: Cold/warm calling potential clients Lead generation and lead chasing to identify new potential clients, opening up new lines of business and managing existing accounts Building your own client portfolio and expanding opportunities within existing accounts. Identifying clients' pain points and offering adequate solutions. Contract negotiation Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with clients through an engaging and consultative approach. Being flexible to working in a 360 capacity or collaborating with the resource teams to fulfill staffing needs within accounts. Managing client pipelines and full sales life-cycle. Staying updated with the latest technologies and industry trends, developing an in-depth understanding of the technology market to best meet client needs Big-picture thinking through follow up calls, leaving voice mails, email correspondence, coordinating appointments, presenting metrics Interface between business-owners and the client to drive sales Persevering through both inbound and outbound, high volume calling and prospecting/cold call Identifying client's technical needs to activate the proper strategic actions Adopting a strategic approach to efficiently cultivate talent pools and increase candidate networking activity Weekly Summary of activity - Highlights, Lowlights and Pipeline overview Maintaining an accurate sales funnel on Salesforce, ensuring the proper accuracy, including regular updates, data verification, and thorough tracking of all sales activities. Who are we looking for? Bachelor's degree or equivalent Previous experience in a Sales role, Outbound Sales experience or Service Oriented Role (Hospitality Industry for example). Strong willingness to grow a career in Sales Business Development. Comfortable working on the phone and business-to-business cold/warm calling Genuinely interested in technology and innovation. A significant IT literacy, social media footprint, eagerness to learn in an IT environment would be considered a nice to have for the role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills Proactive, a team player, strongly ambitious and with a long-term oriented perspective (reliable, curious, willing to learn) Storytelling, needs analysis, value positioning, business justification, closing techniques Being able to speak persuasively and confidently and to show great perseverance in the role Ability to work in a fast paced environment. You think out-of-the-box and wow people with your interesting angles and quality work showing great creativity in your role.
