**Job Description**:
**What will you take care of?
To enforce the Central Sales team of the Turin Bosch offices, we are looking for a Technical Sales and Business Development Associate **to develop new business within the Italian market in the mobility solutions area.
In particular you will:
- be a contributor to the commercial development of mobility solutions in Italy.
- Be in charge to define and implement a commercial strategy in close collaboration with the Sales Director
- Qualify inbound leads and actively create new business opportunities;
- Support in the management of the entire sales cycle, from need analysis, to the presentation of a commercial offer, related negotiation and closing of opportunities;
- Work with and collaborate with technical team members and project management to ensure a unified approach for customers, ultimately achieving business strategy goals and revenue objectives.
- Have the chance to work in an entrepreneurial environment with the possibility to contribute with your innovative mindset concretely to shape the future of mobility solutions in Italy.
**Qualifications**:
**What distinguishes you?
- Master degree in Management, Mechanical, Automotive, Computer Science Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in project management or in automotive sales
- Proven negotiation skills and propensity for technical sales;
- You want to make a mark creating "technology for life".
- Consultative, goal-oriented approach and used to working on KPIs
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
Proactivity, energy and curiosity.
Predisposition to work in a agile team.
- You speak Italian and English fluently.
