**Your Challenge
- Visit customers to explore their needs and to update and train them on new products, creating relationship with the to be a partner
- Collaborate with Business Unit colleagues to share market data updates and competitor's offer
- Influence partners and the Customer's "Decision makers"
- Act as focal point in building trusted partnerships inside Siemens and on the client's side
- Proposal and Order management of Medium Voltage Components portfolio
**What you need to bring with you
You should already have previous operational experience in the technical promotion within Distribution Systems with:
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Automation or Technical Diploma)
- Ability to Manage Sales Policy in terms of Pricing, Discount, General Terms & Conditions in the specific market
- Available to frequent business trips
- Fluency in Italian language and proficiency in English language
- Effective collaboration in networks across businesses and functions
- Always strive to develop technology and ethical guardrails in parallel
- Be a role model for openness and inclusiveness as a non-negotiable cultural element
- Eligibility to work in Italy
