We are looking for Technical Sales Consultants for General Motion Control for our premises in Milan (HQ Italy) or alternatively in one of the other sites in Italy. Your ChallengeAs a Technical Sales Consultant General Motion Control your mission will be to support the clients and some of the main activities will be:Analyze customer requirements related to Drives, motion functionalities and Gearmotors, and support customer to implement the best configurations and solutions HW and SWVisit customers to explore their needs, train them on new products and develop new business opportunities on assigned target customersSupport Sales Department in daily sales activitiesScouting activities with Sales Department to collect new business opportunitiesVerify together our Application Engineers specific functionalities to be implemented into customer SW for their machines and plantsDevelop use cases with drive platforms and gearmotors to show the advantages of our complete systems. Develop skills in digitalization key topics for the drive systems. To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:Electrical, Mechanical or Automation Engineering degree or technical DiplomaProven professional experience in similar roleThe aspiration to develop a technical path and grow into a future sales roleFamiliarity with power systems, electrical machines, gearmotors and drives technologyEffective collaboration in a changing environmentOpenness and inclusiveness mindsetTeammate attitudeProficiency in English and ItalianEligibility to work in ItalyWhat we offerFlexibility: trustful environment with an inclusive and flexible way of working guided by performance, with caring for everyone's personal well-being; hybrid and remote working enabled by innovative tools and devices such as personal computer and smartphone; wi-fi connection reimbursement.
