Job Description: About the role
Technical specialist responsible for supporting sales teams in growing sales through consultant in an assigned geographic area or to specific accounts.
Experienced sales engineering professional.
Provides technical advice to customers and helps to develop proposals based on customer's requirements.
Responsible for engagement with local customers as well maintaining updated documents and processes to enhance the performance of sales engineering.
Requirements Ability to make the complex simple at the time of execution Stakeholder management and ability to work across levels and geographies Teamwork-oriented Fluent in Italian and English Additional skills which are preferred, but not required: Theoretical knowledge of revenue CAD Personal Characteristics You are an extroverted team player with strong communication skills enabling you to engage and influence key stakeholders.
We expect you to have an 'analytic mind-set' and are capable of executing analyses in financial and analytical tools.
Technical skill about products and application will be a driver for selection Responsibilities Shares responsibility for growing sales by showcasing technical aspects of the product and developing technical solutions.
Collaborates with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
Confers with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements.
Prepares and delivers technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers.
May support quotes and bids and handle post-sale project management duties.
Create and develop relationship with consultant in the area with the goal to create prescription/specification with our products.
Develop the needed material, offer/quote by himself and be the main contact for those player when it comes to presales request, information and support.
She/he will run the technical training for agents and consultant in the area and will participate to all the technical events involving his portfolio of customers.
