Technical Sales Estimator
Honeywell** is looking for an **Estimator** for our Honeywell Notifier Fire Alarm division based in **San Donato Milanese.
Honeywell Fire Alarm is a strategic business unit inside of Honeywell's Global Building Technologies Business.
Notifier is the largest manufacturer of engineered fire alarm systems with over 400 distributors worldwide and regional support operations on every continent helping to ensure we provide the flexibility and options business needs.
This position will work to demonstrate the value of demand generation linked to sales.
Assist and support the Italian Sales Team with deep knowledge of the IT platforms that Honeywell Fire adopts for quoting and designing solutions.

**Your responsibilities**:
- You will report to the Italian Estimating Supervisor
- Reporting to the Estimating Supervisor you will offer support to the Italian sales team in the preparation of technical-economic quotation, deepening the project, regulatory and functional topics of fire detection, sound evacuation, CCTV, intrusion and system integration systems
- Excellent ability to work in groups for objectives will be the main driver of growth, as this will support a team located throughout Italy
- Some IT skills complete the profile, such as the interfacing of peripherals on the corporate network, the management of local servers and the sharing of information via Cloud platforms
**Must have**:
- Deep knowledge of Autocad and the operating logic of CRMs such as SFDC
- Deep knowledge of the data structure within the CRMs in order to create and build reports and Dashboards dedicated to specific sales initiatives
- Strong spirit of proactive collaboration and initiative within an emerging team
- 3+ years a solution sales team in building automation field and proven track record of success in the business environment
- Being ambitious, self-motivated, hard-working, results orientated, problem solver with a positive outlook and a clear focus on driving profit.
- Ability to balance between short term achievement and long-term development.
- Being a natural forward planner who critically assesses their own performance.
- Strong communication skills
