We are looking for a Technical Sales Manager based in Italy.
As a Technical Sales Manager, you are expected to maintain and expand the relationships with customers and will be responsible for achieving service sales quota and assigned area objectives.
How to contribute to our vision
Technical Sales Manager will have the full ownership of the sales function within a context of preserving or creating a close, trust and fruitful relationship with the customer for all the segments (LTPs, Renewals, Aftermarket, multitech).
The activities will start from opportunity identification (Renewals) or origination (Aftermarket), Offer preparations (i. e.
New Units LTPs Auctions or Customer Tenders), offer and rest of commercial terms clarifications and alignment with customer, internal process execution, contract negotiation, and final signature and activation.
Other responsibilities include:
- Identifying and developing relationship with customers.
Seeking out and targeting new customers and new sales opportunities for SGRE's aftersales products, as well as maintenance of contracts (Renewals, Other Original Equipment Manufacturers and Bring Backs Siemens Gamesa technologies)
- You will be responsible from Spare Parts sales, modifications and upgrades and other advanced services (large/minor corrective, refurbishing, SCADA, training)
- Leading and delivering significant growth in sales and initiating action plans to approach and secure new business for the Company.
You will also utilize knowledge of the wind industry competitive landscape, network with industry professionals and personal contacts to pursue sales opportunities strategically and effectively.
- Managing external and internal (field operations department in particular) clients' relationship, developing & strengthening client loyalty by providing quality proposals & services, advise, support (commercial, technical, operative and administrative) and information that address client objectives.
- Working with other departments to enhance project value and profitability for both SGRE and the customer along with establishing profitable and sustainable relationships with all the SGRE´s Stakeholders.
You will also track relevant energy policy issues both national and regional, and maintain projects metrics/measurements (KPIs) to ensure optimum efficiency and quality and develop a reporting process to utilize the metrics to drive operational improvements.

- Have strong influential capabilities and negotiation skills
It is important that you are fluent both in Italian and English, written and verbal.
Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
