Responsibilities: Clearly articulate technical capabilities and understand client needsTrigger and drive new products/servicesAlign with the sales team to generate leads and tackle existing leadsDiscuss, elaborate, and negotiate commercial topics with clientsProvide and supervise general technical support to clientsLead and grow a team of motivated and proactive engineersAttend trade shows and relevant conferencesQualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering; Home Appliance background is a plus5+ years of experience in a similar roleFluent in English; any other language is a plusStrong communication, organization, and analytical skillsProficient in Microsoft OfficeUnderstanding of the full sales processProactive approach and results-drivenWillingness to travelLocation: Udine (Italy) – Hybrid
