**About the Role
We are currently searching for a Technical Sales Manager who will be looking after our customers within the Nutrition & Health portfolio.
The role will be key to lead direct sales in Italy and support technically the sales via direct and indirect channels within the EMEA region.
We are looking for an individual with a 'can do' attitude!
Someone who can build meaningful relationships with our customers, channel partners, and internal teams.
Excellent customer service skills are crucial in this role to understand our customers' needs with the drive to deliver and exceed their expectations.
We need someone who is highly motivated, full of tenacity, who will strive to provide the best possible customer experience, while generating sales plans for key accounts, building long-term sustainable relationships to meet the Annual Operating Plan for the component part of the specific product line.
**About Your Responsibilities
- Generate sales plans for major accounts and territories covered directly and for the key opportunities also covered indirectly.
- Achieve sales targets
- Be responsible for all types of commercial conversations with customers, lead technical discussions and commercial negotiations.
- Demonstrate and maintain a technical expertise position related to Dispersion product lines and demonstrate the advantages ahead of the competition to deliver results
- Successfully collaborate with internal stakeholders and notably engineering and manufacturing, product management and other as needed.
- Drive and assure adherence to internal compliance processes.
- Regional travel to attend customer meetings is expected
- Train colleagues and channel partners in Dispersion product lines
**What Do You Need
- Bachelor's in mechanical engineering or similar
- Experience in a sales role in an engineering/manufacturing company.
- Experience in centrifuges/homogenizers or similar equipment.
- Proven ability to handle sales volume of 5 - 10 m$.
- Commercial confidence with high technical understanding.
- CRM system knowledge (C4C preferred).
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- Fluent Italian and English in speaking and writing.
- Nutrition and Health industry experience (Desirable)
- Fluent in a third European language (Desirable)
