To advance the growth of our business in Italy and further develop the Electric Vehicle (EV) charging portfolio and software, we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic** Technical Sales Manager EV Charging** to help us create a greener tomorrow through leading smart metering and smart infrastructure technology.

**Your main responsibilities**:
- Technical advice and support for customers and the sales team
- Close cooperation with the support team
- Trouble shooting support for customer orders
- Provision of product documentation
- Creation and implementation of training courses and webinars, including the preparation of training material and the delivery of training sessions and demonstrations
- Providing feedback on customer needs, business trends and the competitive landscape
- Observation of market and competitive developments
- Monitoring relevant regulations, standardizations, subsidies, and other relevant particularities within the territory
- Participation to regulatory national bodies and associations technical working group
**Your profile**:
- A dynamic personality with technical flair and a desire for teamwork
- Master degree in electrical engineering; professional experience in technical support and customer service
- Quick comprehension and good analytical and conceptual skills
- Positive attitude and empathy
- Persuasive, outgoing and communicative personality
- Enjoyment of knowledge management and a desire to support the further development of products
- Ability to work under pressure - even in hectic situations you maintain an overview and act with prudence and understanding
- Fluent English & Italian
- Willingness to travel: approx.
30%.
