You'll strategize and complete sales plans, following Siemens Energy's EAD department sales processes.
Your day will be dynamic, providing chances to suggest and implement enhancements, guaranteeing you achieve and surpass the annual sales budget for the Process Industry (OGC) business. How You'll Make an ImpactGenerate business opportunities with customers from the OGC sector like Chemical, Oil Gas and industrial sector generating project opportunities for Siemens Energy. Reception, identification, storage, analysis and clarification of the opportunity information and request for offer (RFQ) from Customers relating to OGC focused in Electrification, Automation and Digitalization systems for all kind of industrial sectors focused also in decarbonization projects. Transfer and clarifying to the OGC Bid Department technical offers and analyzing customer specifications and designing the proposals with the close participation of the Bid team. Transferring offers to Project Execution/Service departments when orders are acquired and receiving feedback/lesson learned. Management of documentation (internal/external correspondence, documents from customer, and approvals/signatures workflow). What You BringOver 10 years of experience in sales and various business functions, primarily within the Oil Gas and Chemicals industries. Educational background in electrical/automation engineering is necessary. Fluent in English and Italian. Experience in MV, LV electrical distribution and control systems (PLC, DCS) for industrial sector and in digitalization systems (digital applications, cyber security solutions, etc.
). Relationships with EPCs and compressors/pumps manufacturers for industry decarbonization and drives electrification. Excellent networking skills with the ability to build respect and credibility through actions, communication, understanding, and presence.
