A Snapshot of Your Day: As a Technical Sales Manager - Process Industries (PI) at Siemens Energy, you'll begin your day by collaborating with your distributed team, discussing creative solutions for industry decarbonization and electrification.

You'll strategize and complete sales plans, following Siemens Energy's EAD department sales processes.

Your day will be dynamic, providing chances to suggest and implement enhancements, guaranteeing you achieve and surpass the annual sales target.

How You'll Make an Impact: Generate business opportunities with customers from the Process Industries (Fiber, Metal, Power to X, Clean Fuels) generating project opportunities for Siemens Energy. Reception, identification, storage, analysis, and clarification of the opportunity information and request for offer (RFQ) from Customers relating to Process Industry focused on Electrification, Automation, and Digitalization systems for all kinds of industrial sectors, focusing also on decarbonization projects.

Open and organize the dedicated sales directory for the opportunity/offer documentation for the PI projects. Transfer offers to Project Execution/Service departments when orders are acquired and receive feedback/lessons learned. Management of documentation (internal/external correspondence, documents from customers, and approvals/signatures workflow). Transfer and clarify technical offers to the PI Bid Department, analyzing customer specifications and designing proposals with the close participation of the Bid team. What You Bring: Over 5 years of experience in sales and various business functions, primarily within the Oil & Gas and Process industries. Educational background in electrical/automation engineering is necessary. Fluent in English and Italian. Experience in MV, LV electrical distribution and control systems (PLC, DCS) for the industrial sector and in digitalization systems (digital applications, cyber security solutions, etc.

). Excellent networking skills with the ability to build respect and credibility through actions, communication, understanding, and presence. Strong analytical and strategic thinker. About the Team: Our Transformation of Industry division is reducing carbon emissions in the industrial sector.
