Job Description:A global specialty chemical manufacturer seeks an experienced Technical Sales Manager to drive business growth across European markets.

This position offers remote work flexibility with required travel.

Key Responsibilities:Drive business development initiatives within the European marketDevelop market and sales strategies to enhance customer baseDrive sales of specialty silane products across rubber processing, composite materials, adhesives, coatings, and related industriesDevelop and maintain key customer relationships throughout EuropeConduct market analysis and research to identify growth opportunitiesCollaborate with technical support team to provide comprehensive customer solutionsManage distributor relationships and develop cooperation strategiesRequirements:Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry or related field10+ years of sales and/or business development experience in specialty chemicals industryProven track record in CASE (Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants, Elastomers) marketsExtensive customer network in relevant industriesWillingness to travel up to 10+ days per monthExperience managing relationships with 50+ end customersProficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft OfficePreferred Qualifications:Direct experience selling silane productsKnowledge of European chemical distribution networksCompetitive base salary range of €100, 000-120, 000Performance-based bonus structureSignificant autonomy in territory management
