Technical Sales Support Engineer
Reporting to the TSS Team Leader, the Technical Sales Support Engineer is a key point of contact for both customers and salesforce and provide techical support both for domestic and foreign colleagues.
Main Activities
Doing technical specification analysis and product selectionDoing technical proposalProviding technical documentationBearing and gears calculation in the proposal phaseDrive unit components analysis, selection and pricingPreparing general assembly drawingsUpdating project time scheduleSupporting other members of the sales team by training them on the product applications
EducationDegree in Mechanic or Mechatronic Engineering
Requirements
English - good knowledgeStrong mechanical skills2D-3D technical drawingMicrosoft Office - good knowledgeJob experience from 3 to 5 years in a similar position
Required professional qualifications include:
Research and analytical skillsOrganizational skillsProactivityCommunication skills, including the ability to explain clearly, listen to the feedback of clients and relay this to colleaguesTeamworking skills
