**This position reports to**:

Sales Support Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Making mechanical studies and calculations to ensure manufacturability and cost efficiency in the production phase.

- Making sure customer requirements of offered machines are fulfilled.

- Cooperating with other sales functions to provide best possible solution to Customers.

- Documenting your technical support results in an understandable and precise way in our sales support tools.

- Committing to completing tasks, keeping schedules, and communicating results.

- Balancing between the various requests coming from several stakeholders and still keeping your tasks in logical order.

- Continuously improving our processes, tools, and ways of working together with the rest of Technical Sales Support team.

**Your background**:

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

- At least 2 years of experience in mechanical engineering, order engineering, R&D or similar.

- Sound knowledge of electrical motors.

- Competency in 2D or 3D design programs such as AutoCAD or NX.

- Knowledge of basic engineering calculations such as bearing or shaft dimensioning and simple structural evaluations.

- Good command of English, Italian is a plus.

- Self-motivation, curiosity and a desire to learn about new technologies with a collaborative, solution-focused approach.
