We are now looking for a Technical Sales Thermodynamics Engineer to join our team in Italy, Germany, France or UK. Position SummaryAs a Technical Sales - Thermodynamics Engineer you will provide technical support and trainings to customers and Sales for Thermal products and solutions.
You will have a big contribution and the opportunity to bring your innovative ideas in organizing and hosting events to demonstrate Vertiv products and technologies effectively to audiences of varied technical knowledge. What you'll do?
As a key team player, your responsibilities include:Reviewing RFQs and understanding customer needs;Providing technical support for product specifications;Provide Sales with pre-sales technical support when building proposals, quotes and tenders. Managing relationships between Sales teams and the Line of Business;Work closely with consultants to understand their requirements and collaboratively develop effective solutions. Design new solutions where standard products do not fit. Attend customer meetings with Sales manager as a technical expert. Development of technically and price competitive applications for Thermal products to fulfill customer requirements where standard products do not fit. What makes you successful?
Bring your passion and expertise with:Degree in Mechanical Engineering, engineering background or equivalent education with proven field experience;Minimum 5 years professional experience in thermal area;Previous working experience: extensive experience in Thermal Management products and installation, especially for Datacenter or equivalent;Fluent English (written and verbal), local language;Excellent IT skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and Customer/Sales orientation.
