We are currently looking for a Technical Service Specialist to join us at our facility in Pistoya. Technical Service Specialist Essential Functions:Has a good knowledge of coatings and application methods. Work with Axalta Sales and Technical resources to deliver the best outcomes. Manage customer relationships - including technical support and service, line issues, supply chain support, and future planning. Provide technical direction and assistance to customers on the use of products; serves as an expert with a working knowledge of multiple technologies and may involve multiple sites. Troubleshoot and resolve problems on customer sites. Provide customer training. Serve as a customer liaison with the Axalta organisation. Ability to travel typically 80%. Support new customer start-ups and business development opportunities.

Manage existing CV accounts in Italy and develop networks/relationships with potential new CV customers to support future business growth. Continuously identify ways to improve by engaging with staff and bringing perspective on new ideas. Qualifications:Paint skills - colour knowledge, paint application knowledge defect ID knowledge (sag, crater, dirt). Instrumentation knowledge (e. g.

BYK Gardner, RIQ, X-Rite, Gloss, dft). Friendly, outgoing personality. Knowledge of mix room functions – inventory control, usage, material validation. Collect validate data – e. g.

appearance, film builds, colour etc. Problem solver. Language: Fluent Italian and a good level of English.
