Job Description As a Technical Service Support in our Cluster, you are at the crossroad between the technicians of our Lely Centers and your peers in the headquarters (Lely International) in Maassluis.
You will be part of the Technical Service Support for Feeding & Manure portfolio, pursuing the goal of providing a unique customer experience.
Your call will be to build knowledge through the network of trained technicians and to guarantee that Lely robots are installed, maintained and updated according to the highest standards What will you do?
- You will review and validate Lely solutions in the field, sharing critical information for product improvement and development - You ensure that field technicians are well-trained and capable to install and to maintain Lely products effectively - You will visit farms together with the field technicians for supporting during installation and start-up, for training on the field or for the execution of audits - You steer best use of Lely Tools & Apps for trouble shooting and data analysis - You monthly participate in the hotline (24/7), providing technical support to the field technicians - You will travel occasionally to attend meeting/events at Lely Campus in The Netherlands or in other Clusters (mainly Europe) Skills You are a technical expert who can enthusiastically impart your technical knowledge to technicians while also extracting information from them to make our products even better.
You can ask probing questions to eliminate certain issues and arrive at a solution.
We would like you to apply if you: - Have a completed technical education - Speak and write fluently in English - Gained experience in a service-oriented technical role - Are familiar with modern Tools&Apps for troubleshooting and reporting on Service - Have knowledge in the agricultural sector (this is a plus) Furthermore, you are: - A positive and proactive team worker, willing to work with a common purpose - An assertive communicator, who dares to speak and write clearly to any audience - An organized person who works with structure, capable of zooming in for details and of zooming out for maintaining an overview on complex projects - Obsessed by efficiency.

We are a young and enthusiastic team, consisting of 40 people distributed between Colturano office and Istanbul branch office.
