About the Role
We are searching for a professional with a track record of continuous improvement with a passion and a drive for improving the efficiency & effectiveness of services processes.
He/She will join our Technical Services Team at Technogym HQ in Cesena (Italy) - the department includes Technical After Sales, Remarketing and Financial Services which enable Technogym to transform the sale of a product based solution into the sale of the "Service of Use" of a Technogym Ecosystem Solution.
As the Technogym business evolves into a subscription based business, continuous improvement related to cost management and trading risk attenuation becomes vital to enable the Company to achieve its defined profitability targets.
Technical Services is in the front line in helping the Company to achieve its NPS targets and deliver a world class "wow end user experience".
**Responsibilities**:
Responsible for the budgeted cost reduction objectives
Responsible for the identification of cost reduction initiatives on technical services processes to be implemented: After Sales, Remarketing and Financial services
Responsible for the Project management of cost reduction initiatives with the Technical Services WW Team
Collaboration with and facilitation of teamwork withManagement Control, Legal, Quality, IT, Technical Services Processes and other Departments to achieve defined objectives
Collaboration with colleagues to define the rightsizing of technical services staffing at WW level
Collaboration with Technical After Sales so as to define the repair and maintenance protocols which improve efficiency and effectiveness
Jointly responsible for the end user experience and relevant NPS results
**Requirements**:
Master's Degree in Engineering
Extensive previous experience in a similar role in multinational companies or consulting firms
English fluency
Experienced in quality process mapping
Experienced in Lean & Six Sigma methodologies
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Excellent problem solving skills
Project management skills (e. g.
roll out on time & on budget)
Cost management skills (e. g.
cost of after sales and warranty, cost reduction on time and on budget, cost of goods sold remarketing)
Attitude to customer satisfaction with a focus on repair rate and number of jobs
