Discover Impactful Work A Day in the Life: Ensure timely and effective delivery of technical support, maintenance, upgrade, and repair services for our installed base. Coordinate the installation planning for our in vitro diagnostics systems in customer labs. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, understanding their needs and addressing these promptly and expertly. Support the team, leading efforts to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing solutions that meet customer requirements. Provide support for public tenders and other revenue-generating activities, offering technical expertise. Prepare reports on field service activities, proactively monitor and act on key performance metrics. Manage local inventory levels of spare parts and consumables. Collaborate closely with key partners across the business, including Global Services, Sales and Marketing, Quality Assurance, and Logistics. Implement and maintain quality procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. Keys to Success Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e. g. , biomedical engineering, clinical laboratory science). Experience: Strong technical knowledge of in vitro diagnostics equipment. Experience in project management, including planning, scheduling, and resource prioritization is desirable. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Proven track record of leading field-based service teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong technical proficiency, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Fluency in Italian and English - written and verbal. Physical Requirements / Work Environment: Ideally based in Lombardi with the ability to travel to customer sites (up to 30%).
