As a Technical Sourcer at Klarna, you will be in touch with multiple stakeholders and will have the chance to influence and impact the business through creative sourcing approaches.

You will work very closely with the hiring team and the hiring manager to figure out priorities in our recruitment funnel.

Besides, through this opportunity and skills to be developed, a Technical Sourcer has the opportunity to grow into a recruiter role in the future and benefit from the fast-paced career development that we offer at Klarna.

**Your main responsibilities**:

**Your profile**:

- Familiarity with Boolean Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and/or StackOverflow (required)

- 6 months - 1 year of progressive technical recruiting experience, and/or sourcing (required)

- Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision (preferred)

- Strong communication, and negotiation skills (preferred)

- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline and/or equivalent industry experience & training
