Responsibilities**:

- Svolgere le azioni di supporto e promozione delle vendite dell'azienda, attraverso lo sviluppo delle diverse dimostrazioni di prodotto, consulenza técnica e servizio al cliente finale.

- Contribuire allo sviluppo dei processi di standardizzazione e aggiornamento dei diversi strumenti di supporto alla vendita, al fine di adattarli efficacemente agli obiettivi di crescita del business.

- Assicurare che il Responsabile Tecnico sia informato del fabbisogno di approvvigionamento delle risorse necessarie per realizzare le diverse azioni di promozione previste.

- Ascoltare e analizzare i bisogni e le esigenze del cliente, presentando le soluzioni tecniche adeguate per soddisfarli in collaborazione con i diversi uffici tecnici e post-vendita, assicurando la risoluzione di eventuali incidenti che possono verificarsi.

- Effettuare direttamente l'installazione e l'avviamento delle macchine di riverniciatura assicurando il corretto funzionamento delle stesse e risolvendo gli eventuali incidenti che potrebbero insorgere in officina.

- Fornire informazioni rilevanti su prodotti e servizi competitivi per adattare l'offerta di Axalta alle esigenze del mercato.

- Carry out the support and sales promotion actions of the company, through the development of the different product demonstrations, technical consulting and end customer service.

- It contributes to the development of the standardization and updating processes of the different sales support tools, in order to adapt them efficiently to the business growth objectives.

- Ensures that the Technical Supervisor is informed of the supply needs of the necessary resources to carry out the various planned promotion actions.

- Listen and analyze the needs and requirements of the client, presenting the appropriate technical solutions to satisfy them in collaboration with the different technical departments and after-sales, ensuring the resolution of possible incidents that may arise.

- Directly carries out the installation and start-up of the repainting machinery ensuring the proper functioning of the same and solving the possible incidents that could arise in the workshop.

- Provides relevant information on competitive products and services to adapt Axalta's offer to market needs.
