What you will do:We are seeking a skilledTechnical Specialist – Test Engineeringto design, develop, and execute testing strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of our products.
This role involves working closely with software and hardware engineers, identifying defects, and improving testing methodologies to enhance system performance.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in testing automation, debugging, and quality assurance processes. Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, regression, performance, and system testingDevelop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similarIdentify, document, and track software defects, working with engineering teams to ensure timely resolutionAnalyze test results, provide recommendations, and implement best practices for quality assuranceCollaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to refine requirements and enhance test coverageEnsure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing. Continuously improve testing strategies, frameworks, and automation pipelinesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field4-5 years of experience in software quality assurance, or test automationStrong proficiency in testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, JMeter, Postman, or similarHands-on experience with scripting languages (Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar)Experience with relational and no relational DBFamiliarity of Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practicesExperience with defect tracking and test management tools like Jira, Zephyr, ConfluenceExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Qualifications(Optional)ISTQB Foundation CertificationExperience with KafkaDuration of engagement:5 monthsFull remoteRecruitment process:Our recruitment process has 2 stages:First discovery interview with our HR teamTechnical interview with our Team Leaders or CostumerHow to apply:You can apply via LinkedIn or send your cv to *
